报告摘要：In this talk, we will start by introducing some classical maximal inequalities in analysis, followed

 by a systematic exploration of the theory of noncommutative maximal inequalities. As an application, we will 

provide a detailed introduction to the theory of maximal Calderón-Zygmund theory in noncommutative 

harmonic analysis.
